The Phoebe LED Orphica Slim is an energy efficient, mains operated integrated LED recessed downlight that is suitable for commercial and residential applications.

Perfect for replacing inefficient downlights in corridors, stairwells and storerooms, this LED downlight produces up to 2000 lumens, and utilises CCT technology to provide switchable colour from 3000K warm white, 4000K cool white and 6500K daylight.

The high colour rendering index (RA >80) guarantees accurate colour representation, enhancing the visual appeal of your surroundings.

Constructed from tough IK06 rated thermal plastic, it has a robust and quality feel whilst also having a sleek, modern, stylish design that features an opal diffuser lens to reduce glare. Any LED fitting bought from Light Fittings Direct carries a 24-month warranty.

If you should purchase a LED fitting from Light Fittings Direct and have it fail, break or develop a fault at any point within the timeline stated above from the date of purchase, we will happily replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on your wishes.

In instances where large numbers of products fail within a relatively short period of time, we may ask you to return them to us so that they can undergo testing to identify any potential issues.

Manufacturers Warranty

This product is also covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. Please visit the manufacturer's website for further details.

What doesn't our warranty cover?

In any instance where your product has developed a fault, we will do our utmost to replace it or offer a full refund (provided the item is still within its stated warranty period). However, if it becomes apparent that the product has been misused, tampered with or modified in any way, we will view this as having voided its warranty.

'Misuse' includes, but is not limited to, incorrect operation by the user, use of non-dimmable products on a dimmable circuit or connection to or operation with an unsuitable power supply. 'Tampering' or 'modification' can be interpreted as any activity designed to alter the product in such a way that it can be used in a manner that wasn't intended by its original design. This can include rewiring, removing plugs, home repairs or changing components. Unfortunately, we won't be able to replace any item that has undergone any such process.
